Why do you put quantity limits on sales?

We reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of your order, item availability for large quantities is limited and we do not back-order items.

Do you offer rain checks if you are out of a sale item?

Rain check for out of stock items in store:

We make every effort to be in stock when we have products on sale. For those times, when we do run out of a product, we will gladly issue a rain check at the customer service desk. Quantity limit is 6 for rain check items.

Rain check for out of stock items online:

If a sale item you ordered online is out of stock, we can issue you an electronic rain check by placing the item back in your cart at sale price. The price will be valid for 30 days from the date issued. Please contact Customer Care at 1-888-469-4426. Quantity limit is 3 for rain check items.
