What is GiantPass?

With GiantPass, you get free delivery with every order. Your GiantPass membership will autorenew, and you can cancel renewals at any time. It’s that simple.

How do I know my discount has been applied?

After you select a time slot, look for your discount noted in the pricing breakdown in your cart and during checkout. The discount will not appear until you select a time slot.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Go to the GiantPass section of My Account, where you can easily change your membership plan or cancel your next renewal. Plan changes and cancellations will take effect after the current membership expires.

Can I buy a GiantPass for another person?

GiantPass is tied to the account you use to purchase the membership, and you cannot purchase a GiantPass for another account. This means that any delivery orders you place with your GiantPass will go to the delivery address currently listed under My Account preferences. Similarly, all GiantPass purchases and renewals will be charged to the billing information listed in My Account preferences.
